Overview
1. How do I get started?
- First
you must read the Dolls of All Colors.com Affiliate Program
Operating
Agreement.
- Second
you must Sign Up by filling out a brief online registration
form.
You will receive an e-mail right away that will welcome
you to the program and give you instructions on how to enter
your "Affiliates Central" training web site and
start putting up your links. If for any reason we find your
site to be inappropriate we will send you an e-mail declining
your membership within two to threes days. We handle our
new affiliates sign-up in this manner since most websites
qualify.
- Use our
"Affiliates Central" training web site to build
your business.
Once you sign up you will get access to your "Affiliate
Central" training web site, which will provide you
with fast and easy ways to link to virtually any page on
your site. You will have access to training courses, banners
and graphics, helpful merchandising tips and 24-hour online
tracking and reporting so that you can build your business
and keep track of your earnings in real time, on online,
any time.
- Start
Earning Referral Fees.
You'll automatically be eligible to earn referral fees from
sales generated by your links once your site has been approved.
You'll always have access to your earnings and traffic reports
through your "Affiliate Central" training web
site. The reports will show you what your visitors are buying,
how much they are buying, and what your earnings are on
those purchases. With that information, you can optimize
your store and make the most of your relationship with us.
Referral fees are paid at the end of each month.
2. Does
it cost anything to become an Affiliate?
No, there are no fees of any kind
to apply or to participate in the Dolls of All Colors.com Affiliate
Program. You start earning right away.
3. Does my Web site qualify for the Affiliate
Program?
Most Web sites will qualify to participate in the program;
however, we may reject Web sites that we determine are unsuitable.
Examples of sites that would NOT qualify for participation include:

Sites that promote sexually explicit material
- Sites that
promote violence
- Sites that
promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, national
origin, physical disability, sexual orientation, or age
- Sites that
promote illegal activities
- Sites that
violate intellectual property rights
4. Can
I participate if I live outside the United States?
Yes, you may participate in our Affiliate Program if you live
outside the United States. We have Affiliates from all over
the world and we are working hard to add more. All you need
to join is a Web site (or an idea for a Web site). Please note
that referral fees are paid in U.S. dollars.
5. As an Affiliate Program participant can I receive a discount
on my personal purchases?
Yes! Unlike some other programs we allow our affiliates to make
personal purchases from their links to us. Therefore, your discount
will be in the form of your 12 % referral fee.
6. How should I design my Web site?
Every Affiliate site is unique, and we don't provide any kind
of standard design for you to start with. In almost every case
a successful affiliate will already have an existing Web site
or idea for one in mind when they join our program. If you don't
yet have a Web site, or would like addition work done on your
current site, we can refer you to a reputable web development
company that will give you a 20% discount, due to the amount
of work we refer to them. We also provide you with free resources
for those that which to build their own web site.
7. What type of training will you provide me
with?
We have partnered with some of the Internet's leading authorities
to bring you marketing and search engine placement courses.
In addition, we give you continued weekly training with articles
from successful people to sharpen your marketing skills.
We also will provide you with powerful innovative marketing
tools and strategies to help your create effortless sales.
8. What if I need help?
We give you comprehensive training and support from your "Affiliate
Central" web site. And if you need additional help with
getting started you can contact us and we will gladly help you.
9. What kind of communications will Dolls
of All Colors.com send me?
We will occasionally send you email messages that will
help you earn more referral fees. These emails will include
merchandising tips, site news and special offers for Affiliates
and important updates on the Operating Agreement policy. These
messages will include up-to-date information on opportunities
that can benefit Affiliates.
10. I have more than one URL. Can I register
all of them as a Dolls of All Colors.com Affiliates?
Yes. You can sign up each Web site individually and you will
receive a separate ID # for each site to insure accurate tracking.
11. Can I take the order on my Web site and
just send the customer and order information to Dolls of All
Colors.com?
No. By using our system to quote availability and take orders
you ensure that your visitors get the most up-to-date information
and ordering options available from Dolls of All Colors.com.
In addition, a customer's contact and billing information is
crucial to our ability to offer the best customer service possible.

12. Can a non-profit group join our Affiliate Program?
Yes, we encourage non-profits to join our program. It is an
easy way to create a new revenue stream for their organization.
Referral
Fees and Payment
1.
How much do I get paid?
You'll be paid a generous 12 % of total product sales.
In addition, you will also be paid 2% of all referral fees that
are earned by an affiliate that was referred by you to our program.
This is called a 2nd tier program. You earn your regular referral
fees from your web site and 2% of the referral fees earned from
all other web site that you referred to our Affiliate Program.
We give you more because we believe if you introduced others
to our program you should benefit from your efforts.
2. When and how do I get paid?
We will pay you, your referral fees on a monthly basis.
We will send you a monthly check for the referral fees you've
earned from your web site and the web site of other affiliates
you referred, on products that were shipped during that month,
less any taxes that we are required by law to withhold, if any.
Although the Operating Agreement states that if your accrued
fees for any month are less than $25.00, we will hold payment
until the total amount due is at least $25.00. We do this to
help manage and keep our administrative cost low. This is part
of the reason why we can offer you at least 20% more in referral
fees then other programs that sell toy products similar to ours.
3. How does Dolls of All Colors.com track orders coming
from my Web site?
We use sophisticated tracking software that will track
every visitor that comes from your web site to our web site.
This tracking software will place your code tag on each visitor
that comes through your link to us. When a purchase is made
the tracking software will automatically identify the affiliate,
credit them the sale and send an email to advice them of the
sale.
4. Does Dolls of All Colors.com have
an online reporting feature so that I can keep track of my earnings
and traffic?
Yes, once you join our program, you will have access to your
training and tracking web site called "Affiliate Central".
There, you'll be able to log on and view your private earnings
and traffic reports any time, in real time. These reports will
show you what you are earning and the traffic you are directing
to us.
5. Do I have to meet any sales quotas or performance
tiers before I can earn my fees?
No! We do not require our program Participants to meet
any sales quotas or performance tiers to earn their fees. What
you earn is yours. However, as mentioned above and in the Operating
Agreement checks will be send out when a minimum of
$25 is accrued in your account.
The only time we will send you a check that is less then the
$25 minimum is if either party terminates this agreement. We
then would gladly send you your referral fees regardless of
the amount.
