SHIPPING
All dolls are usually shipped within 24 (usually) to 48 hours via priority mail with USPS. This is the most cost-effective shipping option available. All shipped items are calculated by weight. There is a flat fee of $3.99 per shipment, plus 0.99 per lb. If an item weights 1 lb. you will be charged $3.99 plus 0.99 for the 1 lb. for a total of $4.98. The average weight of one 12" doll with shipping material is about 1.8 lb. The more dolls you order per shipment the more cost effective the shipping charges.
We offer 3 to 5 days and next day air delivery. However, these times do not reflect the 24 (usually) to 48 hours it takes to get the orders processed from our warehouse.
We only ship within the US, APO and FPO address.
REFUNDS
Our guarantee and return policy is simple. Simply return your purchase in the same condition you received it, within its original packaging within 30 days and we will happily refund your money. No questioned asked. Please note shipping charges are not refundable.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item(s). You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.
EXCHANGE OF DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS.
In spite of strict quality control, at times a damaged or defective item may get pass our inspection. If so, simply call us at 908-351-2027 or e-mail us at refund@dollsofallcolors.com. Tell us of your return so we may provide you with an address to return your purchase to. Please include in your name, e-mail, mailing address, phone number and the item(s) # you are exchanging.
